Terms of Use

Delivered by The Fresh Collective

By placing an order with Delivered by The Fresh Collective, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your order.

1. Order Placement & Confirmation

Orders must be placed no later than 12:00 pm, two clear business days prior to your requested delivery date.

Please note that all orders are subject to approval by The Fresh Collective. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation email from our team. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us before assuming your order has been accepted.

2. Delivery Areas & Times

Sydney

We deliver Monday to Friday, between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm. Delivery time slots are subject to approval during the order confirmation process.

We cannot guarantee delivery at an exact time. We will, however, deliver within 30 minutes either side of your confirmed delivery window.

Brisbane

We deliver Monday to Friday, between 7:30 am and 3:00 pm. Delivery time slots are subject to approval during the order confirmation process.

For orders outside these hours, please contact our Brisbane team directly on 07 3924 9570.

We cannot guarantee delivery at an exact time. We will, however, deliver within 30 minutes either side of your confirmed delivery window.

3. Delivery Fees & Minimum Spend

Sydney

  • Minimum order spend: $300.00 (inc. GST)
  • Standard delivery fee: $15.00 (inc. GST) for all deliveries within a 15 km radius of Redfern, Sydney CBD
  • Deliveries outside this radius are assessed upon request, and additional delivery charges may apply

Brisbane

  • Minimum order spend: $150.00 (inc. GST)
  • Standard delivery fee: $15.00 (inc. GST) for all deliveries within a 20 km radius of Hamilton, Brisbane CBD
  • Deliveries outside this radius are assessed upon request, and additional delivery charges may apply

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are inclusive of GST
  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Credit card surcharges apply: A 1.5% credit card surcharge applies to all card payments
  • Menu items containing seasonal produce may be substituted based on availability, with no change in price

Any changes to a confirmed order must be submitted by email to

Any changes to a confirmed order must be submitted by email to [email protected] with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your delivery date. Changes requested with less than 48 hours notice cannot be guaranteed.

6. Order Cancellations

Cancellation charges apply once an order has been confirmed and paid in full. The following conditions apply:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date will receive a 50% refund of the total order value
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date will not be eligible for a refund

7. Delivery Delays

In the event that a delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to traffic, weather, or supplier issues), we will contact you as soon as practicable to advise of the delay and provide an updated estimated delivery time.

8. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

The Fresh Collective takes food allergies and dietary requirements seriously. Whilst we endeavour to accommodate all guests with food allergies, intolerances, or dietary needs, we are unable to guarantee the complete absence of trace allergens in any of our products.

This is due to the presence of allergens in our food preparation environment and in ingredients sourced from our suppliers. Customers with severe allergies are advised to consider this carefully before placing an order.
